
Fiori di Zucca Fritti
During our visit to the Sant'ambrogio market in Florence, I took the opportunity to buy something to prepare you a delicious recipe. Have you ever imagined preparing a dish with zucchini flowers? Italian flavors are so amazing, with something as simple as this you can create delicious dishes.
Ingredients
- 8 Zucchini Flowers
- 120 gr Flour 00
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- First, prepare the Pastella with flour, egg, milk, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients.
- Wash the flowers in cold water, dry them well, and then remove the inner pistils.
- Place the flowers, in the Pastella, make it adhere well everywhere, then dip them, always one at a time, in the hot oil
- Cook until golden brown and drain on kitchen paper.
