Quiche à l'ognion - Onion Tart

Today we teleport to France and prepare their famous Quiche or Tart. This is a salty tart originating from the Lorraine region of France, its main ingredients are shortcrust dough, eggs, and fresh cream, to which you can add the vegetables and ingredients you want, this time we made it with onion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Shortcrust pastry roll
  • 200 ml Fresh cream
  • 75 gr Bacon
  • Buttler
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions and cut them into rings.
  • In a frying pan add the butter, then the cut onions, bacon, salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl add two eggs, the fresh cream, salt and pepper.
  • Put the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan and pour the preparation.
  • Put in the oven at a temperature of 210°C for 30 minutes.
