Quiche à l'ognion - Onion Tart
- 1 kg Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Shortcrust pastry roll
- 200 ml Fresh cream
- 75 gr Bacon
- Peel the onions and cut them into rings.
- In a frying pan add the butter, then the cut onions, bacon, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl add two eggs, the fresh cream, salt and pepper.
- Put the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan and pour the preparation.
- Put in the oven at a temperature of 210°C for 30 minutes.
